OBFAA Membership Application Form

Applications are reviewed by the OBFAA Board of Directors, and approvals for membership are at the sole discretion of the OBFAA Board of Directors.

Upon acceptance to membership in OBFAA by its Board, an invoice for the 1st year dues will be mailed to the contact person and address provided on this application. Membership status is not final until the 1st year dues are paid.

Regular Membership:
Any individual, partnership, firm, or corporation who holds a valid Oregon state electrical contracts license to contract regularly for the business of installing and/or of providing alarm system service and maintenance under contract and who has been in the business for a period of at least 18 months preceding the date of acceptance to regular membership status. Dues are based on the number of employees.

Associate Membership:

Any individual, partnership, firm, or corporation who does not qualify for regular membership by reason of the 18 month business life requirement and/or who is either a manufacturer or primarily in the business of supplying security-related material or services to regular or affiliate members.

Affiliate Members:
Fire and Police authorities and jurisdictions.
